My reason for saving and presenting this old gay paperback cover might be because it is an election year or I'm thinking of poor Gov. McGreevey. Well those are pretexts anyway.
Since we a capitol building on the cover we can assume that The Manager is a political campaign manager. Perhaps the young man with slim buttocks will be used to topple a politician from office as sort of just happened in New Jersey. Maybe the author had seen Advise and Consent.
