Most of them are bad, true. Often they use the worst prints - which are in he public domain - can’t be denied.
But much of what they contain wouldn’t be enhanced by superior prints or commentary. They are to be watched and forgotten. Many you forget as they scroll by. And they do contain movies that no one else has yet to release.
