A Vulgar Female Jeeves

Like P.G. Wodehouse’s Jeeves Hazel is good at everything and solves everyone’s problems. That, as someone else noted, is so manipulative is often disturbing.
I watched it because I have a dim childhood recollection of the show. I can’t honestly say it is good but that didn’t stop me from liking it. Aside from nostalgia the main reason for watching something like this is an interest in the simple views of marriage and family early sitcoms capture.
Viewed from the 21st century shows like Hazel can easily seem alien or offputting.
While I did enjoy it few of my friends would. You have to suspend your prejudices and accept that the plots are basic.
