Bike stolen in Durham, NC

I've let myself put on far too much fat. My belly is disgusting. I let misery express itself in overeating and drunkenness. Several years ago when I wanted to rid myself of excess body fat I bought a bike and rode it steadily.
Yesterday I went to get my bike out of the garage and take a short ride, begin to get myself healthy again. My bike was gone. Someone had cut the cable. They must've come prepared it wasn't a bike cable. At a hardware store I'd bought the stoutest cable I could find.
There are other ways to exercise. But in the spirit of the best exercise being the exercise you are most likely to perform the loss of the bike is a serious blow.
It is times like this when I become angry with Charles for all the money he squandered. But while he's responsible he's not blamable. Back when he had the awful manic highs no one could've controlled his behavior, least of all himself.
