Today I start recovering my health. How easy it was to throw it away during the last year and half. The first step is for Charles and I to quit smoking cigarettes. They'd've been a huge waste of money even if they weren't noxious. Nicotine withdrawal leaves me too vacuous, vague and vexed to write tonight.
